Prince Harry is “bored” in his new life in the United States as he has nothing to do other than supporting his wife Megan Markle, leading to the “tension” between the couple, an expert claimed.
Since they departed from royal duties in 2020, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex with their children have resided in the United States.
Royal author and expert Tom Quinn, in an interview with the Mirror, said that Prince Harry ids bored and had also sacrificed his friendship with old friends since he moved to the US.
Quinn said, “Harry is increasingly bored and looking back across the Atlantic where most of his army and school friends still live and whom he never sees because they won’t visit him in the States because they find Meghan difficult.”
“They are finding it difficult to get through the days and weeks of not having much to do. Meghan is hugely driven. But she can hardly blame him for not being a commercial whiz-kid as he has only ever been trained to be a royal. Harry doesn’t really have very much to do on a day-to-day basis,” he said.
He further claimed Prince Harry has nothing to do other than support Meghan. The Duchess of Sussex, who is extremely busy as Meghan is launching her own lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard, and filming her upcoming Netflix series, “needs someone who has serious determination to succeed in the world. This has led to huge tensions.”
Prince Harry too has been hard at work promoting the Invictus Games, along with several other projects including his own documentary series, which could have made maintaining contact with his pals harder due to a jam-packed schedule. But he continues to miss the UK, Mirror reported citing sources.
