A heartwarming interaction between Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, philanthropist Priscilla Chan, on Instagram has brought smiles to many. The Meta CEO responded to a post by Chan, where she proudly displayed a special cake she baked in celebration of “Knee Day“—marking the completion of nine months of rehabilitation following Zuckerberg’s surgery.
The tech billionaire suffered injuries after he tore a ligament while taking part in a “training to get prepared for an MMA fight” last year.
“Happy Knee Day to Mark! You have been working so hard on ACL rehab for 9 months. Just like pregnancy except instead of a baby you get an ACL,” Priscilla Chan wittily wrote and shared a picture.

In the photo, she is seen smiling at the camera while holding a cake shaped like a knee joint.
Within minutes of posting the picture, Mark Zuckerberg reacted with a heart emoticon. He also added a folded hands emoji and wrote, “You’re the best.”
The post quickly went viral, racking up nearly 9,000 likes and counting. It also attracted a flood of comments, with users praising Chan’s thoughtfulness and joining in on the fun with their own puns.
One Instagram user joked, “I knee-ed a wife like this,” while another added, “That’s what the happiKnees is all about.” Others chimed in with, “This is the most delicious-looking ACL!” and “You are the sweetest. So thoughtful.”
Last year, Zuckerberg tore a ligament while training for an MMA fight, leading to surgery and a lengthy rehab process. During this time, he had to pause his usual adventurous activities.
Chan’s thoughtful gesture shows the couple’s ability to find humor and support each other, even during challenging times.
