Right-wing influencer Laura Loomer who spread fake news about Kamala Harris wearing an earpiece during the ABC News debate came under fire from Republican stalwart Marjorie Taylor Greene who slammed Laura for the ‘curry smell’ post and said Laura’s post does not represent Republicans or MAGA or Donald Trump. Laura Loomer joined Donald Trump Wednesday on ceremonies marking 9/11 attacks.
Before the ABC News debate Tuesday, Laura Loomer took a racist jibe at Kamala Harris and said if she wins, the White House will smell like curry. “White House speeches will be facilitated via a call center and the American people will only be able to convey their feedback through a customer satisfaction survey at the end of the call that nobody will understand,” Laura wrote reposting Kamala Harris’ anecdote about her Indian visits in childhood and the time spent with her grandfather during the morning walks.
Georgia representative and MAGA veteran Marjorie said the post was appalling and extremely racist. “It does not represent who we are as Republicans or MAGA. This does not represent President Trump. This type of behavior should not be tolerated ever,” Greene wrote.

Laura says she won’t delete her tweet
As a major controversy broke out with Greene claiming that Laura Loomer does not represent MAGA but Loomer travelling with Donald Trump, it was a Laura versus Greene on X. Laura said she won’t delete her post and questioned whether having a sense of humor is a crime in America.
“I am not deleting my tweet. Mockery and political humor to make fun of pandering isn’t illegal. Everyone just needs to chill out and laugh about the cooking comments and the Indian Call center jokes. Or are we about to deny the fact that every time we call customer service we get directed to a call center in India? Not my fault some people don’t have a sense of humor. Don’t take my joy away just because you’re jealous,” Laura said.
Laura then attempted to prove that she has nothing against Indian as she offered to help Vivek Ramaswamy’s 2028 campaign if he were to run in 2028. She also said, replying to question, that JD Vance and Usha would never call her a racist for the little joke she cracked about Indians.
Greene says she doesn’t hate Laura but she needs to be responsible
Greene said she has a history of friendship with Laura and she used to defend Laura. She advocated for her to get her former Twitter account. Green said Laura breaks a few good stories but at the same time she embellishes many lies. “However, her attacks have no bearing on me, nor I am concerned with what she says. As a matter of fact, outside of a bubble on this platform, most regular people don’t know who she is. But when it comes to post that are flat out racist, hateful, and make President Trump look bad, she needs to be responsible and delete them,” Greene posted.
