Former President Donald Trump escalated his attacks on Vice President Kamala Harris, alleging that she lied about working at McDonald’s during her college years. In a fiery Truth Social post, Trump referred to Harris as “comrade” and claimed she also fabricated stories about Arlington Cemetery and Afghanistan.
“Comrade Kamala Harris lied about working at McDonald’s. SHE NEVER WORKED THERE, they think she’s ‘nuts.’ Likewise, she lied about Fracking, the Border, Crime, the Economy, and the Democrat’s ‘Suckers and Losers’ HOAX, concerning our great military. She also lied about Arlington Cemetery and Afghanistan. She lies about everything!!!” Trump wrote.
These accusations follow a recent report by the right-wing Washington Free Beacon, which suggested that Harris did not include her supposed McDonald’s job on her resume. The Harris-Walz campaign has yet to respond to the allegations, but the issue is already sparking heated debate across political circles.

Trump, currently the Republican presidential nominee for 2024, also took the opportunity to address a separate controversy involving Arlington Cemetery. His campaign was recently criticized after reports emerged of an altercation between his staff and cemetery personnel during a visit to Section 60, a sacred area where cameras are prohibited.
Trump defended his actions, saying, “Those families asked me to be there. So I went. And while we were there, they said, ‘Could you take pictures over the grave of my son, my sister, my brother? Would you take pictures with us, sir?’ I said, ‘Absolutely, I did.'”

The former president further condemned what he called “bad people” in Washington, linking the cemetery incident to the ongoing legal battles he faces from prosecutors. “This all comes out of Washington, just like all of these prosecutors come out of Washington,” Trump told supporters during a rally in Michigan. “These are bad people we’re dealing with.”
