“The radical left Democrat party bosses have installed a puppet candidate to fight only for themselves.Kamala Harris got zero votes. She’s totally scripted, owned, and controlled by the donors and the power brokers who created her campaign and who rip off our government and make billions and billions of dollars,” Trump claimed during the rally.
Trump’s remarks come as the race for the November 5 presidential election heats up, with polls indicating that Harris has narrowed the gap with her Republican rival. The former president also accused Harris of deceiving the American public about President Joe Biden’s mental and physical health, suggesting that she is being given a “personality makeover” to bolster her image.
“After lying to the country for years about Joe Biden’s mental and physical condition, Kamala is now being given a personality makeover. Don’t forget, four weeks ago, she was, like, considered the worst. Not smart. Terrible. The worst Vice President in history,” Trump told the audience, which included thousands who were unable to enter the packed auditorium.
Trump also attacked Harris’s policy positions, labeling her a “radical left” politician who supports open borders and all-electric car mandates, and accusing her of being the “architect of the border invasion.” He contrasted Harris with Biden, whom he described as a “phony radical left,” suggesting that Harris is even more dangerous due to her alleged commitment to these policies.
“She destroyed San Francisco. But she’s the architect of the border invasion, trying to pretend she’s strong on border security. She’s now pretending that she was never called the border czar,” Trump said, continuing his criticism of the Vice President’s record.
In his speech, Trump portrayed himself as a stark contrast to Harris, claiming that while she represents a “radical left puppet” who would lead the country towards communism, he would continue to “fight, fight, fight for America.”
As the presidential election draws closer, Trump’s rhetoric has become increasingly pointed, with Harris emerging as a primary target. The rally in Pennsylvania, a state where Trump previously claimed to have escaped an assassination attempt on July 13, is part of his broader strategy to galvanize his base by casting his opponents as extreme and out of touch with American values.
