After Joe Biden on Sunday evening announced his decision to withdraw from the presidential election race and showed support for the nomination of Vice President Kamala Harris, a major Biden donor John Morgan said he would not fundraise for Kamala as Kamala has no chance to win against Donald Trump, he said. “Joe Biden’s endorsement of Kamala is his f*** you to all who pushed him out.Be careful what you wish for,” John Morgan posted on X. His picks are Senator Joe Manchin, Governors Andy Beshear, Gretchen Whitmer and Josh Shapiro. Michelle Obama, if she fights with any one of the four, wins landslide, Morgan wrote.
Senator Manchin has already confirmed that he won’t challenge Kamala Harris. “I don’t need that in my life,” he said as quoted by New York Post.
Morgan said voting for a candidate and raising money for one are two different things. “You have to be enthusiastic or hoping for a political appointment to be asking friends for money. I am neither. It’s others turn now. The donors holding the 90 million can release those funds in the morning. It’s all yours. You can keep my million. And good luck,” Morgan said and explained that it is one thing to vote for somebody and another to raise millions of dollars.

“If Trump World could pick anybody to run against, I think they pick her,” Morgan said adding that the Republicans were giddy over the opportunity to campaign against a “more left-wing” candidate.
First Lady Jill Biden who was a staunch supporter of Biden continuing in the race posted ‘heart’ emoji reacting to Biden’s statement in which he announced the most crucial decision he made giving in to the demands of the Democrats to step aside for good.
“Thank you, Mr President. I love you. Dad,” son Hunter Biden said thanking his father’s presidency.
